Woodie’s is expanding rapidly across the Tampa Bay area and beyond. We are consistently looking for new sites, investors, and potential partners to help with this process. We actively pursue real estate opportunities that meet our property criteria and have the potential to positively impact the surrounding community. 

Each location creates approximately 10 new jobs, providing opportunities for individuals in our communities who are seeking opportunities. Our goal is to have 50 facilities operational by the end of 2026, which will contribute to the creation of more than 500 jobs!
